Bristlecone Holdings Appoints New Chief Financial Officer

Accomplished Financial Executive Rick Shaff Joins the Team

RENO, Nev. –  Bristlecone Holdings announced this week Rick Shaff is taking on a new role with the high-growth fintech startup as the Chief Financial Officer, effective immediately. Shaff brings more than 20 years of experience in business leadership, financial management, process development, market strategy, product commercialization, and strategic planning.

Shaff will manage the company’s financial operations, reporting processes and strategic process. He will report directly to company founders including President Kyle Ferguson and Chief Executive Officer Dusty Wunderlich and will work closely with the recently appointed Chief Operations Officer Rob Griffin.

Shaff is a seasoned financial manager with experience in startups and public companies. He has a record of maximizing sales and increasing valuations at a range of technology companies from gaming tech giant IGT as a senior executive to his time as CFO and CEO at iGo, an international consumer electronics provider. Most recently he served as managing partner of ATP Partners, LLC, a market strategy firm assisting companies identify core problems and implement sustainable and scalable solutions.
